    The customer service on the phone is trash. They immediately told us to drive to the closest banking center when they couldn't tell what my mother was saying. This is a total inconvenience to us and we will likely be using Wells Fargo more.

    This location remains busy during afternoon hours and they are short staffed. Manager is trying her best to meet customers needs but there is so much she can do. It is a small financial location. I would make sure to schedule an appointment before I go there. No appointment necessary for the deposits or withdrawals. Location is convenient if you live nearby.
