- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No customer service what so ever. Since they have changed to this wanna be "teller assist". You have to wait in line for entirely too long while the tellers in the office sit on their phones and demand that you use the "teller assist"!! If you have a question or need them to help you with something, they act as if it is such an inconvenience and they make you feel stupid. Just rude. We have had an account with suntrust for over 3 years but we will be closing our account the following week due to this being an on going issue! This is ridiculous, I have always been under the impression that banks had the best customer service and then this happens. Not just once or twice. This has happened at multiple locations and visits. We DO NOT Recommend Suntrust anymore!By William Hurff, March 17, 2017
